Irwinsaccounting (hereinafter, "the Firm") provides corporate accounting, tax auditing, tax compliance, and asset restructuring services to legal entities, large corporations, multinationals, and franchises. Access to the portal and the encrypted secure area is governed by the conditions set forth herein.

In no event shall the Firm be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the portal, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Firm's maximum aggregate liability for any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the value of fees paid by the user in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on the portal — including texts, graphics, logos, calculators, and reports — is the property of the Firm or used under license. Its reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
The transmission of general ledgers and accounting documentation is carried out through encrypted channels. The Firm processes personal and financial data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legislation in Argentina.
These terms will remain in effect as long as the user maintains an active account or uses the services. The Firm may suspend or cancel access immediately if the user breaches any essential obligation. The user may request account cancellation by written communication to info@irwinsaccounting.com.
The Firm reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the portal after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction or venue.
